Restrictions

These restrictions apply to all use of TLC Forum, including content submitted to critique groups, the blog, comments, and events.

Prohibited content

Content on TLC Forum must not:

• Question or promote a particular view on gender identity, or otherwise center sexual themes inappropriate for children's literature.
• Promote political activism or a partisan political agenda.
• Express or promote racist, hateful, or discriminatory views.
• Focus on a writer's or illustrator's private life (e.g., their race or sexual preferences) rather than their work.
• Contain sexual content, graphic violence, or other material unsuitable for children.
• Infringe another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contain spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or member information from the Site.
• Attempt to access another member's critique group content without authorization.
• Use TLC Forum to harass, intimidate, or defame another person (see our Anti-Harassment Policy).
• Use the Site for unauthorized commercial solicitation.

Enforcement

Content or accounts that violate these restrictions may be removed or suspended at TLC's discretion, without prior notice.
